PROBATION

 The impetus and the challenge of Probation is held in the realm of Cognitive Restructurization and the concepts of the memory of the events, which are important to the outcome of the daily trials. The events are those of the ladder of cognizant memory, which can be used by the recipient to acknowledge and retain the significance in such a way as to apply the theories of Probation into one of Transformation and Retrieval. 

The memory will be retained to allow the application of the events into that of Restructurization and Happiness. The growth potential of the individual can be increased by applying the theories of the Psychodynamic structure and cognitive retention of mind factors. 

The functions of the daily events are those of encapsulating the significance of the rituals into that of applied knowledge and retention. Retention being that of retrieval of events, formulated in such a way as to develop the growth and faculty of the mind.
